DELIVERY
POLICY
The magazine KENNEL AND CATTERY MANAGEMENT is published
on a bi-monthly basis. If a subscription is to commence
with the current issue, the magazine will be despatched
within 48 hours of the subscription being ordered
and paid for. If the subscription is to commence with
the next issue, this will be despatched as soon as
it has been published. All magazines are sent by second-class
post.
REFUND/RETURN
POLICY
Should a subscription no longer be required, we would
refund £3.00 for every issue not sent, less
a £1.00 administration fee.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
As above, we would refund £3.00 per issue for
an unexpired subscription, less a £1.00 administration
fee.
PRIVACY
POLICY
We do not store customers’ financial details
- once a payment is made via Paypal the financial
information (credit/debit card details) is destroyed.
